Our Team at Montana Dental Works in Kalispell, MT

At Montana Dental Works, our team is more than a group of professionals — we’re your neighbors, friends, and fellow Montanans. As a locally owned and privately operated practice, we take pride in offering care that reflects the values of the Flathead Valley: honesty, hard work, and compassion. Every member of our team is dedicated to making sure patients feel at home the moment they walk through our doors.

Our doctors — Dr. Dan McAllister, Dr. Sarah Fontana, and Dr. Riley Scott — bring a blend of advanced clinical expertise and genuine small-town care. Each dentist has built their career around serving patients with integrity and treating everyone as an individual, not a number. Because we’re not part of a corporate system, our team has the freedom to take the time needed with every patient — listening, educating, and tailoring care to what’s truly best for you.

We believe that great dentistry starts with relationships. From our front desk team who greets you by name to our hygienists who make every visit comfortable, each person at Montana Dental Works plays an essential role in helping our community smile. We work together with one shared goal: to provide the highest quality dentistry in a friendly, judgment-free environment.

Behind every treatment is a team that genuinely cares. We continually invest in advanced technology and continuing education, but we never lose sight of what matters most — people. Our doctors and staff live, work, and raise families right here in Montana, so when we care for your smile, we’re also caring for our community.

Whether you’ve been with us for years or you’re visiting for the first time, you’ll experience the difference of a team that’s grounded in Montana values and dedicated to personalized, lifelong care. At Montana Dental Works, our patients aren’t just appointments — they’re part of our story, and part of what makes this community so special.
